This screen is accessed by clicking Allocate Inventory on the Order Entry Screen.

Fields

• Qty Needed
  • Displays the quantity required by the order item.

Troubleshooting

• If the QTY Needed field shows 0, there may be an issue with the UOM for the order line. The UOM in the order line must be part of the UOM Class for that product. To fix the UOM, exit this screen using the X at the top right and go back to the Order Entry Screen. Highlight the order line, select a UOM from the drop-down and click the Update Item Button.
