PALLET TRACKING – MAINTENANCE – UPDATE MULTIPLE PALLETS SCREEN

Update 22 Init 23

This screen allows you to update information for all Pallets Highlighted on the Pallet Maintenance Screen. In addition to the six fields displayed, more fields can be updated by selecting them in one of the two Drop Down Boxes at the bottom of the screen

Fields

• The top 6 fields are updated by checking Update next to them and entering the data in the field to the left of the field name. Any or all of these fields may be updated.
  • Pallet Field 6 is typically used to hold the Outbound Reference when shipping Pallets directly using the Stage and Ship Pallets screen. This is usually the end customers Release or Pick Ticket Number.
  • Hold Code Field is populated by values entered on the Setup Hold Codes Screen.


• Drop Downs 1 and 2. To enable these fields check Update to the left of one or both of them. Use the Drop Down to select the Pallet field to update and enter the new data in the field to the left of the Drop Down box. Fields available in the drop drowns are:
  • Inbound Carrier
  • Size
  • Ref
  • Ship Instructions
  • Vendor #
  • Original Physical ID
    • This field is automatically set equal to the Physical palelt ID Field when the Pallet i sreveived and is used for Inbound Handling and Initial Storage billing for Physcial Pallets.

Buttons

• OK
  • Updates all highliughted pallets with the new data enterred for the feilds where Update is checked. also closes the Window.


• CANCEL
  • Closes the Window without making any changes.
