This Screen is called from the Inventory Totals Tab by Clicking Show Orders in the Product Totals Group. It is used to display the Orders and ASNs that factor into the Inventory Totals.

Fields

• Productid
  • Show the Product ID for which the Totals are being displayed.
  • A Productid can also be enterred manually in this field. Click refresh to update the screen.

Buttons

• Refresh
  • Refreshes the information on the Screen
• View ASN or ORDER
  • Displays the ASN or Order information highlighted in the same group as the button.
• Export
  • Exports to a file the entire list in the same group as the button.
• Print
  • Prints the highlighted list selections in the same group as the button.

Notes

• An error message will be displayed at the top of the screen if any of the Totals do not match the List Totals. IF this happens, click Recalc ALL on the Inventory Totals Tab and that should correct the issue.
