The AAA WorldShip Inteface option combines the best pieces of you inventory management progams to create an end to end order management system. It is an excellent set up to manage inventory control, sales order processing and shipping. . The system includes the COREflex prgram you are using and our interface used in conjuction with your UPS WorldShip program. The interface is provided by us so you can easily link sales order information to WorldShip. The AAA WorldShip Interface is combined with either our Pro Inventory , WMS or Lite Industrial programs. QuickBooks Pro or Premier and UPS World Ship programs are supplied by third parties.

The program cannot run in Windows 98 or earlier operating systems

Q:How long does it take to install? A: The AAA World Ship system is an interface between your COREflex program and the UPS Worldship program provide by you. The interface can be installed on a PC or Laptop computer in minutes. Inventory items and quantities from QuickBooks can be immediately be transferred into the COREflex program and/or manually entered through our product entry screen. Receiving orders and Sales fulfillment orders can be processes immediately.

Q: Do I need other hardware or software? A: Microsoft® Access is the database used by COREflex Pro. PC Anywhere is required for technical support. Most third party report writing programs, such as Crystal Reports, can be used with COREflex Pro as an option.

Q: Is it difficult to use? A: No. The program is launched from a Desktop Icon and contains menu options and tabs that follow a logical sequence for managing inventory items and orders in and out of the warehouse area. The program screens are easy to view and flow in order for "point-n-click" navigation. Data fields are presented in order of use to fit usual order processes. It is very intuitive.

Q: Can the system expand to meet our increasing needs? A: Yes. The COREflex foundation programs are fully developed to meet the needs of most companies with standard inventory control and order processing needs. Program upgrades, add-on modules and certain customization can be purchased separately. COREflex provides higher level systems for industrial use too.
